With a constant objective of developing its activity and its international presence, the company SFRI is recruiting its next Customer Support Technician.

2. Missions

Daily :

  • Handle and process technical support requests from our customer-distributors
  • Occasionally prepare orders for spare parts and customer orders
  • Manage rare instrument returns for workshop repair
  • Manage communication on each file (clients and internal)
  • Write technical documents in French and English


As a common thread throughout the year,

  • International travel to be planned for training of our distributors – COVID-19 period carrying out training remotely – in French and English.
  • Carry out technical monitoring and follow-up with our suppliers of field complaints
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the service, management tools and procedures
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the workshop and the tools made available by the company
  • Ensure monitoring and maintenance of the company's laboratory and production instruments
  • You are supported in your missions by the customer service assistant.

3. Profile sought
  • Holder of a DUT or BTS Technical GEII, Electronics, Physical Measurements or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in field or workshop after-sales service, in the field of laboratory equipment and/or management of counting or microscopy instruments - mandatory
  • A logical and interested approach to instrument failures as well as solid technical knowledge
  • Fluent English and technical English essential (our clients are located internationally) – Spanish as a second language would be an important plus.
